Data on your phone (products, customers, khata, bills)

This data never leaves your phone, so you can delete it yourself: 1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Mera POS → Storage. 2. Tap Clear storage (or simply uninstall Mera POS). 3. If you kept backup files you shared to Drive, WhatsApp or elsewhere, delete those copies there too.

All shop data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Analytics and crash data (Firebase)

To ask us to delete analytics and crash data linked to your app installation, email superprogrammersaurabh@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Mera POS data". We delete it within 30 days. This data contains no customer names, phone numbers or bill amounts.

Ads data (Google AdMob)

Ads data is handled by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads, and manage Google's data at https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

Subscription (Mera POS Pro)

Purchases are kept by Google Play for its records. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
