The app

Mera POS is a billing (point-of-sale) app for shops, provided by the Mera POS team ("we"). Contact: superprogrammersaurabh@gmail.com. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Your data and records

Your products, customers, khata, bills and other records are stored on your phone. You are responsible for keeping backups (the app helps with daily backups and backup files) and for the accuracy of what you enter.

Tax and legal compliance

Mera POS helps you make bills, GST invoices and reports, but it is not tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for the tax rates, invoice details and returns you file. Check important figures before relying on them.

Free version and ads

Billing, khata, receipts, printing, UPI QR and backups are free. The free version shows ads (not in the first 3 days and never while you make a bill).

Mera POS Pro subscription

• Pro is a subscription sold through Google Play (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy.
• A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• A short ad can unlock Pro features until midnight that day; this does not remove ads.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mera POS for anything illegal or to create false or misleading bills or records.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data or profits arising from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
